Steve Lauer is restoring a 1971 Dodge Charger.  The photos only show the primed exterior.  Steve has put a tremendous amount of time in detailing the entire engine compartment, dash, door jambs, trunk, undercarriage, and suspension.  The interior is being transformed from vinyl to a combination of Black Coachman Vinyl and Dartmouth Charcoal Velour for the center insert material.  The car is sure to be a show stopper when finished. Below are photos of the unfinished paint and a shot of the rear seat before being upholstered.  The padding under the carpet has a foil backing on the bottom side.  The idea is to reflect the heat before it gets in the cabin.  The foil also acts as a sound barrier.  It will be an extra hidden compliment to the car.  Make sure to click the arrows to the right  or left to scroll for more photos.

This car was purchased as a parts car.
