CRASH MOVIE FOR CABLE TV
In June of 2008 the film crew for the STARZ network on cable needed to use the alley next to the shop for a scene in the Lionsgate production of "Crash". The show featured the late Dennis Hopper as well as many other stars. The state of New Mexico loaned $15 million to the producers of "Crash". The network series was based on the 2005 film of the same name. They came to us asking to use a section of the parking lot for a place to put some of the equipment. In a very short time it seems the whole lot was overtaken. It was a lot of fun and the actors took refuge in our showroom. Nick Tarabay was the featured detective in the series. You can find him in other productions such as CSI:Miami, Moonlight, The Unit, The Sopranos, and Spartacus.
